For those who always want to be sure that their property is kept in tip top shape, an ongoing electrical maintenance plan can help proactively catch problems before they occur and even help you save money on additional services throughout the year. The service plan is especially useful for properties over 10 years old.
Keep Your Home Electrical Maintained Annualy
The annual Electrical Maintenance Plan comes with a full home and safety inspection every year that you are subscribed. During this inspection we will check the electrical panel, switches, outlets and all electrical fixtures, including the smoke detectors. Generally any smoke detectors that are over 10 years old should be replaced.
Additionally, there is a 5% discount on any services needed while you are subscribed. There are three subscription tiers available:
- Silver – 1 Year
- Gold – 2 years
- Platinum – 3 Years
Again, this is especially useful if the house or house-like property is over 10 years old. It’s also great for people want to proactively maitain their homes for better and more affordable long-term maintenance verses calling a la carte when there’s a problem (that could’ve potentially been avoided). It would also be a good service for rental properties or any property where the owner is not commonly onsite.
