Family Business, Quality Service
Unlike the big box electrical and HVAC companies, Johnson Power and Air can provide you with a personal, grounded touch. The business was founded as Johnson Power Solutions by a husband and wife team, Kristin and Jake Johnson, in 2021.
Kristin is the business manager. She is often the person you’ll hear on the phone when you call us, and she conducts most of the daily dispatch. Jake is the lead technician on the service team. He’s been serving the valley as a licensed electrician for over 18 years. After having worked for the big box electrical companies, he and Kristin decided to start this business to provide higher quality service. Electrical work is not something most people see since it’s behind the wall and out of site. Yet Jake sees it everyday, and he provides the service with precise, organized, “type A” precision. This is also how we train the rest of the team to provide all services.
After over a year of preparation and recruiting the right quality Master HVAC technician to supervise a new team, in Spring of 2025 Johnson Power Solutions was rebranded to Johnson Power and Air and residential HVAC services were added alongside the electrician services.
